The Wave It Will Make You Think.

Image
The Wave   It Will Make You Think. There is a bookseller near my house—the only bookseller in my area—with a collection of some outstanding classics. The best part is that he sells original books, priced at several dollars, for a very low price—sometimes as low as 200 Pakistani Rupees (equivalent to 0.72 dollars). These are slightly used books but in excellent condition. For a book lover like me, it's like finding a hidden treasure. My father has bought lots of books from him, and thanks to him, I’ve expanded my understanding of the world. Reading books opened my mind to new possibilities. It helped me sharpen my communication skills, enriched my conversations, and taught me how to think, not just consume. The other day, I was listening to a podcast by Sahil Adeem, where he mentioned that people who read books page by page are far more intellectually advanced than those who consume content from social media, YouTube, or movies—especially from OTT platforms like Netfli...

The Open-Source Revolution How DeepSeek Changed Everything         In my Previous Two Blogs, “ The Dragon is Out ” I discussed the cost of developing smaller AI models by using data from DeepSeek which can be Locally downloaded on a normal Laptop. Then in my blog” DeepSeek Vs ChatGpt ” I discussed how Deepseek beats ChatGpt in writing and thinking skills. And how it is beneficial for students who use these models to help them in their studies.   Now in this blog let's find out how  Liang Wenfeng and his team managed to pull out this model and that too at such a low price Brief Background. 39-year-old Liang Wenfeng is a Chinese entrepreneur and businessman. He was born in the small village of Mililing, Tanba Located in  South China . DeepSeek vs ChatGpt  Which one is better for Students? In  my previous blog, “ The Dragon Is Out ” I showed how Deepseek's emergence has significantly dropped the cost of Computing in AI models and how medium to small size companies can now build their AI models from Scratch by downloading the complete AI model of Deepseek on their local computers. Even a small Rasberry Pie ( A device created for Students) can handle Deepseek offline. Now that's for developers and programmers what is in it for general users like me and you in DeepSeek and how is it different from ChatGPT?   Deepseek R.1 model is different in a way that it thinks and reasons more like we humans do so what it does whenever you ask a question there is this small icon right at the bottom of Deepseek (R.1) click this when you pose a question it will start the process of thinking breaking it down in smaller parts and then arguing and then answering it like humans Riddle Test  DeepSeek When I gave...

The Dragon Is Out And It Sets Uncle Sam running. W hat if you wake up one morning and find out that your electricity bills now cost 1 rupee per unit, or what if someone told you that they can build a Ferrari for the price of Toyota and it can run better than a Ferrari what would be your reaction? That's what Deepseek did in AI World.   The Chinese Company DeepSeek seemed to have come out of nowhere this week. It Explode in the Financial Market bringing down tech giant Nvidia shares to 17% that's nearly $600 billion of its market value for the biggest one-day drop ever for a U.S. company. Nvidia Stock after DeepSeek The move by the Chinese company was so intense that even Nivida Praised them for their efforts calling it “ an excellent AI Advacment "  It rattles the US Dominance in AI so much so that US President Donald Trump described it as a  wakeup call for US tech Industry.   Remember USA Ban advance Chips to China making an excuse that they may build ...

Bubbly Bunch's Day Out

Image
Bubbly Bunch’s Day Out! T his Blog is not an average read. Buckle up, because you're about to tag along on an unforgettable journey with me and my crazy gang, Bubbly's Bunch.   It was 7:30 am. I woke up, eyes wide open, heart racing. Why? Because today is the day! The day I'm finally stepping out of the school halls and into my friends' homes for the first time! We've been chatting and laughing at school for ages, but today we're about to make memories so epic they'll probably end up in a Netflix series!  I scramble to look presentable for what promised to be a truly marvelous day. My father dropped me at the entrance of the exclusive Fazaia housing scheme. My friend's parents are from the Air Force, so their neighborhood is like something straight out of a top-secret mission, way fancier than the regular civilian stuff I'm used to. As I stood there, feeling like I might accidentally stumble into a covert operation, Mahnoor my dear friend, and ...

My Case for Better School Libraries.

Image
My Case for Better School Libraries. O ur library period in School is a sacred ritual, One that occurs but once a week. Oh, how we wait for it! And by wait I mean we wait for it to end so we can dash to recess. It's the same story in most schools here in Pakistan. Some of us hope for adventures in these hallowed halls, but the adventure often comes in the form of trying not to fall asleep. The books? Oh, they're plentiful, yes, but they're mostly encyclopedias. Majestic in title, tragic in popularity. They line the shelves like a royal court, proud and ready to impart their wisdom. But let's be honest…No  One reads them. Now, the real excitement happens when you dare to ask for a book that isn't a textbook or an encyclopedia. Like that time I worked up the courage to ask the librarian for the diary of a wimpy kid?  He looked at me, his face caught in a peculiar mix of curiosity and suspicion as if I had asked him for an original manuscript of Shakespeare's Ham...
